My Muddy Creek Maze story was printed in the commuter, my mom was super excited and so am I! I am proud of myself, and so is my family!! =)

- My name's Halee, I’m currently attending Linn-Benton Community College in order to earn my Associate of Science degree in Journalism. Starting out college at the young age of seventeen has been a great challenge, but I know all the hard work I will do for Mr. Priewe’s journalism classes and my other college courses will be worth it in the end. Corvallis is my hometown, born and raised. My mom is my inspiration, she has taught me to pursue my goals no matter what and is the biggest supporter of my college dreams, (thanks mom). I love to read and write, you can say I’m a bit of a “word” worm. Another hobby of mine is trying watching all the Twilight Zone’s I could possibly watch; Rod Sterling is an amazing narrator and actor! My main goal to achieve in life is to get a college education and to eventually have a happy family of my own. Besides that my life is pretty laid-back and straightforward; music, writing and reading!
